Clause 02

Medical Services

Mr Shahnawaz Khan provides private orthopaedic surgical consultations and procedures. All clinical services are provided subject to a formal consultation and are entirely at the professional judgement of Mr Khan.

The information provided on this website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. A formal clinical assessment is required before any treatment recommendation is made.

Important: Nothing on this website establishes a doctor–patient relationship. A relationship is only established upon a confirmed clinical consultation with Mr Shahnawaz Khan.
Clause 03

Appointments & Consultation Fees

All appointments are subject to availability and confirmation by our administrative team. Submitting an appointment request does not guarantee a confirmed booking. You will be contacted within one business day to confirm your appointment details.

  • New Appointment: £250 per consultation.
  • Follow-up Appointment: £150 per consultation.
  • Fees are payable prior to or at the time of the consultation.
  • Fees for surgical procedures will be quoted separately following your initial consultation.
  • Private health insurance may cover consultation fees — please confirm with your insurer prior to your appointment.
Clause 04

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that circumstances can change. We ask that you provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, so that we can offer your slot to another patient.

  • Cancellations made with 48 hours or more notice will receive a full refund or free rescheduling.
  • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • Non-attendance without prior notice (DNA) may result in the full consultation fee being charged.
  • To cancel or reschedule, please contact us by phone or email as early as possible.
Clause 05

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mr Shahnawaz Khan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or its content.

The website is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the information contained herein.

This limitation does not affect your statutory rights or any liability arising from clinical negligence, which is governed by separate professional and regulatory standards.
